  • Improve strength, movement quality, and confidence through functional, accessible training. Sessions are adapted to each person’s abilities and may include mobility work, balance training, post-injury progressions, or hands-on support — always taught with patience and encouragement.

  • Take time to reset, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Recovery offers a calm, pressure-free environment with gentle movement, breaks when needed, and wellness tools that support comfort, regulation, and consistency.
